Business Developer
WeSport is looking for an enthusiastic, organized professional to join our team. The position we are looking for is ‘Business Developer’. WeSport is a startup company, which focuses on developing the sports industry in Vietnam and beyond. As an online sports community, WeSport intends to build a platform, which makes it easier for people to play their favorite sports and enjoy this either socially or on a competitive basis. Since we are still in start-up phase, we need a person that is happy to be “an octopus”. The job entails many unforeseen tasks which are required being part of a small, but growing team.

WeSport was founded with the vision to become the #1 sports platform in Asia as well as become a springboard for sports development and innovation.
WeSport is a newly launched social sports platform that connects sportsmen and women with each other and with sport facilities. The app allows users with a love for sports to create their own events, look for teammates, opponents, challenge other teams, join leagues and organize their game’s finances and many more features to come….
We’re looking for a new member in the Business Development team to make this happen:
The job includes:
- Be a part of BD team, participate in all the department’s activities
- Completely understand the product (apps), company vision and mission
- Relationship management with existence partners, guide them to use the system the right way and support them with all their questions and requests in relation to the product
- A lot of traveling around the city
- Daily reporting, update the database on the company’s CRM system
Requirement:
- Junior/Fresh graduates are welcome
- Fluent in Vietnamese and business English: proficient in reading, writing and speaking / persuasive skills are a must. Foreigner candidates are required to speak Vietnamese fluently
- Fluently in presentation skills
- Great motivation, be able to work under pressure and can multi–task
- Love for sports (playing sports is a plus)
Offer:
- Probation contract of 2 months (with an option to extend for another 2 months)
- Salary range: Healthy Remuneration
- Salary (if extended to full-time): will increase; with social/health package according to VN law.
- Contracted hours will be 40 hrs/week, with flexible working hours depending on market needs.
- Your holiday entitlements will be based on VN law, which is 12 days per year + public holidays. Please note we are flexible with holidays if business allows it, more days will be returned to the company in the form of extra time.
